Samen met 20 sales consultants en ruim 250 specialisten bouw je dagelijks aan innovatieve projecten en technologische ambities van onze klanten. Functieomschrijving Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste engineering-professionals voor Brunel kiezen. Je vindt hen, overtuigt hen en bindt hen aan ons. Daarbij bouw je actief aan een waardevol netwerk en onderhoud je warm contact. - Je draagt de sterke naam van Brunel uit en weet engineers enthousiast te maken om bij ons aan de slag te gaan. - Je bouwt en onderhoudt een waardevol netwerk van engineering-specialisten in Bouw en Infra, Energy, Lifescience, Industry en Offshore. - Je overtuigt professionals dat Brunel de plek is om hun carrière verder uit te bouwen. - Je laat je niet uit het veld slaan en gaat door tot je de perfecte match hebt gevonden. - Je zorgt ervoor dat de beste engineering-professionals voor Brunel kiezen en houdt de relatie warm. Vereisten Je bent sociaal vaardig, empathisch, schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende gesprekspartners en beschikt over een gezonde dosis doorzettingsvermogen.
