Verantwoordelijkheden - Klantaanvragen ophalen en de juiste professionals vinden - De beste technische professionals werven en aan 4People binden - Professionals begeleiden naar passende projecten - Duurzame relaties opbouwen met professionals en klanten - Nieuwe commerciële kansen signaleren - Ruimte pakken voor new business als dat bij je past Dit maakt jouw rol anders In de 25 jaar dat we bestaan, hebben we een prachtige klantenkring opgebouwd. We zijn betrokken bij grote projecten in de Energietransitie door heel Nederland maar ook bij mooie regionale organisaties in de engineering. - Naast dat je ruimte krijgt om aan deze projecten bij te dragen, ligt er ook een kans om zelf onze klantenportefeuille uit te breiden. Dit kan bij zowel de warme relaties die er al zijn vanuit ons team in Hengelo maar ook door zelf new business te genereren als je dit leuk vindt. - Tegelijkertijd werf je technische professionals uit de markt. Je neemt de beste professionals in dienst bij ons interne ingenieursbureau van 4People en zoekt vervolgens het project dat aansluit bij hun kennis, ervaring en ambities.
