Als Recruitment Consultant bij Stratt+ ben jij eigenaar van je markt en je klanten. Jij gaat aan de slag met: - Relaties opbouwen & adviseren: met opdrachtgevers in o.a. de energie, infra, offshore, food & farma, (petro)chemie en de maakindustrie; - Complexe vacatures invullen: jij schrikt niet terug van rollen zoals een Maintenance Engineer, Projectleider of HR Business Partner tot € 100k+; - Werven & searchen: vanuit je eigen netwerk of door actief de markt in te duiken om topprofielen te vinden, te spreken en te matchen; - Onderhandelen en begeleiden: door actief je mensen en klanten te volgen (geen spreadsheet-management, wel echt contact); - Kortom, jij denkt commercieel én menselijk. Wat neem je mee als Recruitment Consultant? We zoeken geen strak-in-het-pak consultant die alleen grote corporate organisaties kent. We zoeken wel iemand die snapt hoe de techniekwereld écht werkt. Herken jij jezelf hierin? - 5+ jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol binnen recruitment, detachering of techniek; - Hbo-denkniveau (of Mbo-4 met relevante werkervaring); - Volwaardige gesprekspartner voor high-end profielen in de technische sector; - Gezonde commerciële drive (scoren mag gezien worden); - Kunt tegen een grapje (en deelt er soms zelf ook één uit).
