Voor ons zijn persoonlijkheid, ambitie en de drive om jezelf te ontwikkelen minstens zo belangrijk. Wat ga je doen? Als Recruitment Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele recruitmentproces en vorm je de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten en kandidaten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met klanten; - Het actief zoeken en benaderen van commercieel talent; - Het voeren van gesprekken met kandidaten en het in kaart brengen van hun ambities; - Het begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het recruitmentproces; - Het adviseren van klanten over de arbeidsmarkt en beschikbare talenten; - Het signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen; - Het verder uitbouwen van je eigen netwerk en klantenportefeuille.
