Als Recruitment Consultant bij Robert Walters combineer je jouw commerciële drive met je interesse in mensen. Je brengt organisaties in contact met ervaren professionals, bouwt een sterk netwerk uit en speelt een belangrijke rol in het vinden van de expertise die bedrijven nodig hebben.

Jouw rol

Als Recruitment Consultant maak je deel uit van ons Interim Management-team. Je werkt op het kruispunt van mensen, business en opportuniteiten.

Je begeleidt het volledige rekruteringsproces van A tot Z en bouwt tegelijkertijd duurzame relaties op met organisaties en professionals. Geen dag is hetzelfde: het ene moment ontdek je een nieuwe commerciële opportuniteit, het volgende spreek je met een ervaren interim manager over zijn of haar volgende carrièrestap.

Je krijgt de kans om:

  • Je eigen netwerk uit te bouwen en verder te ontwikkelen binnen de markt van Interim Management
  • Nieuwe businessopportuniteiten te identificeren door goed te begrijpen wat organisaties nodig hebben en waar jij waarde kunt toevoegen
  • Sterke, langetermijnrelaties op te bouwen met organisaties en decision-makers
  • Ervaren professionals te zoeken, te screenen en te matchen met de juiste interim management opportuniteiten
  • Het volledige rekruteringsproces te beheren, van het eerste contact tot een succesvolle samenwerking
  • Interviews te organiseren en te zorgen voor een vlotte, transparante communicatie gedurende het hele proces
  • Meetings te organiseren met potentiële business partners en bestaande relaties verder uit te bouwen
  • Proactief je eigen klantenportefeuille en netwerk te ontwikkelen via business development, networking en marktbenadering
  • Nauw samen te werken met je collega's en kennis, marktinzichten en ideeën te delen
  • Samen met je team resultaten neer te zetten én tegelijk je eigen commerciële trackrecord uit te bouwen

Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, duidelijke doelstellingen en volop kansen om echt impact te maken.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die commercieel ingesteld, ambitieus en oprecht geïnteresseerd in mensen is.

Je brengt mee:

  • Een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma en minimaal 5 jaar relevante professionele ervaring binnen operations / finance
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en zeer goede Engelse communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid en een duidelijke drive om resultaten te behalen
  • Een ondernemende mindset en het vertrouwen om zelf nieuwe opportuniteiten te creëren en te benutten
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en een strategische aanpak
  • Een natuurlijke interesse in business, mensen en de arbeidsmarkt
  • Een sterke teamspirit en een echte teamgerichte mindset

Je bent iemand die initiatief neemt, graag uitdagingen aangaat en niet bang is om de telefoon te nemen of een nieuwe deur te openen. Je weet hoe je vertrouwen opbouwt, werkt graag doelgericht en haalt voldoening uit de impact van je werk.
