Jij weet dan ook hoe je kandidaten in beweging krijgt en opdrachtgevers adviseert in een arbeidsmarkt waar goed talent schaars is. Bij Lincks zoeken we een Recruitment Consultant die samen met Dico en Rick verder bouwt aan onze Business Unit Supply Chain. Een specialistische tak binnen Lincks waar recruitment, marktkennis en persoonlijk contact samenkomen. Jij krijgt de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten, relaties uit te bouwen en mee te groeien met een business unit die volop in ontwikkeling is. Wat ga je doen? Als Recruitment Consultant Logistiek & AGF word je onderdeel van onze Business Unit Supply Chain. Samen met Dico en Rick richt je je volledig op het bemiddelen van professionals binnen logistiek, supply chain, operations en AGF. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces. Van de eerste kennismaking met een opdrachtgever tot de uiteindelijke plaatsing van een kandidaat. Je verdiept je in organisaties, denkt mee over de ideale kandidaat en vertaalt wensen van de klant naar een aantrekkelijke vacature voor deze doelgroep. Daarnaast ben je continu in gesprek met professionals binnen jouw markt. Je bouwt aan een sterk netwerk, onderhoudt contact met kandidaten en weet precies wat er speelt binnen de logistieke en supply chain arbeidsmarkt. Daardoor ben je niet alleen recruiter, maar ook een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor klanten die op zoek zijn naar schaars ...
