Wij zijn een snelgroeiend rekruteringsbureau met een focus op logistiek, supply chain en operations. Voor het kantoor in Mechelen zoeken wij een gedreven Recruitment Consultant Logistiek. Je neemt volledige ownership over je eigen marktsegment en helpt mee om het kantoor verder te laten groeien en te professionaliseren.

Je staat in voor het volledige wervings- en selectieproces van bedienden in logistiek en supply chain. Zo combineer je talent acquisition, sourcing en business development in één afwisselende job. Voor klanten in de regio Antwerpen, Mechelen, Bucargo en Willebroek word je de vaste, strategische gesprekspartner, en tegelijk bouw je aan een sterk netwerk van logistieke professionals.

Je takenpakket als recruitment consultant:

  • Vacatureteksten schrijven die scoren in Google en kandidaten aanzetten tot solliciteren
  • Vacatures publiceren en optimaliseren op LinkedIn, StepStone, VDAB en andere jobsites
  • Kandidaten actief zoeken via LinkedIn Recruiter, databanken en je eigen netwerk
  • Kandidaten grondig screenen via telefonische gesprekken en persoonlijke interviews
  • Competenties, motivatie en cultuurmatch van kandidaten beoordelen
  • Passende profielen voorstellen aan bestaande en nieuwe klanten
  • Nieuwe commerciële kansen opsporen binnen logistieke en supply chain recruitment
  • Langdurige klantrelaties uitbouwen en onderhouden in jouw marktsegment
  • Klanten bezoeken om hun organisatie, werking en rekruteringsnoden in kaart te brengen
  • Klanten adviseren over arbeidsmarkttrends, loonbenchmarking en profielpositionering
  • Dossiers nauwgezet opvolgen in het ATS
  • Kandidaten begeleiden van eerste contact tot en met de afronding van de selectie
  • Jobaanbiedingen en contractvoorstellen onderhandelen en opvolgen
  • Zorgen voor een topervaring voor elke kandidaat tijdens het hele traject
  • Je werkt en denkt op bachelorniveau en herkent jezelf in deze kenmerken
  • Je hebt ervaring in recruitment, werving & selectie of bij een uitzendkantoor
  • Je hebt een duidelijke voorliefde voor het rekruteren van logistieke bedienden
  • Je communiceert uitstekend en belt vlot met kandidaten
  • Je denkt commercieel: je ziet kansen bij bedrijven en spreekt ze actief aan
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en houdt je administratie tot in de puntjes bij
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect; kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt
