Gelet op onze groei wensen we graag ons team te Kortrijk te versterken met een Recruitment Consultant (met doorgroeimogelijkheid).

Het opsporen van human capital mag je gerust als je kerntaak beschouwen. HR Flux zoekt permanent naar onderscheidend talent voor een breed pallet aan opdrachtgevers.

  • Na intake bij de opdrachtgever sta je in voor het opzetten van talent attraction campagnes, dit in het kader van rekrutering en selectie en bepaalt de strategie met steeds als doel performante resultaten te boeken.
  • Je gebruikt hierbij professionele tools zoals een performant databasesysteem. Hierbij weet je door initiatiefvol en creatief te handelen manieren te vinden om in persoonlijk & kwalitatief contact te komen met onze kandidaten.
  • Je bouwt vertrouwensrelaties op met kandidaten die ook toegang geven tot hun netwerk.
  • Je benadert proactief potentiële kandidaten en weet als ambassadeur voor onze klanten duidelijke en overtuigende argumenten te gebruiken.
  • Je houdt jouw eigen administratieve organisatie goed op peil en weet passend te rapporteren tegenover consultants en klanten.

Deze verantwoordelijkheden kunnen uitgebreid worden, om zo verder betrokken te worden in het totale business proces.

  • Een eerste werkervaring is belangrijk in kader van maturiteit.
  • Je vertoont een gedrevenheid om iedere dag tot kwalitatieve resultaten te komen.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen alsook heel efficiënt in werkorganisatie.
  • Teamgericht en open in communicatie.
