Jobomschrijving

Als Recruitment Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige 360 recruitmentproces. Je bouwt jouw eigen klantenportefeuille verder uit en begeleidt zowel bedrijven als kandidaten van het eerste contact tot een succesvolle samenwerking.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en verder uitbouwen van bestaande samenwerkingen
  • Analyseren van de rekruteringsbehoeften van klanten
  • Opstellen en publiceren van aantrekkelijke vacatures
  • Identificeren, interviewen en begeleiden van geschikte kandidaten
  • Voorstellen van kandidaten en opvolgen van sollicitatieprocedures
  • Onderhandelen over samenwerkingsvoorwaarden en salarispakketten
  • Uitbouwen van een sterk netwerk binnen jouw markt
  • Behalen van individuele en gezamenlijke commerciële doelstellingen
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens twee jaar ervaring binnen 360 recruitment
  • Je combineert sterke commerciële vaardigheden met een oprechte interesse in mensen
  • Je neemt initiatief en voelt je comfortabel met business development
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, ondernemend en communicatief sterk
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede professionele kennis van het Engels
  • Kennis van het Frans is een plus
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar haalt tegelijk energie uit samenwerken met een ambitieus team
