YOUR JOB

Als expert binnen werving- en selectie, word je ingezet bij één van onze klanten. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Je doorzoekt verschillende rekruteringskanalen op zoek naar het juiste talent.
  • Je staat in voor cv screening en het aftoetsen tijdens een eerste telefonisch gesprek.
  • Het afnemen van diepte-interviews en bespreekt dit nadien met de hiring manager.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede en vlotte onboarding van nieuwe werknemers, met een sterke focus op retentie, werknemerswelzijn en veerkracht.
  • Het aansturen en coachen van een team kan ook tot jouw takenpakket behoren.
  • Wij bieden projecten aan bij internationale klanten verspreid over heel Vlaanderen, bijvoorbeeld in Puurs, Mechelen, Kontich, Vilvoorde, Asse of Leuven. Hierbij wordt rekening gehouden met de regio waarin jij woonachtig bent.

Kortom, je zet jouw HR kennis verder om in de praktijk om zo bij te dragen aan een vlot aanwervingsproces.

YOUR SKILLS

Must have

  • Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Graduaat, bachelor of master in een HR gerelateerde richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante HR ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het voeren van diepte-interviews en bent vertrouwd met de STARR-methodiek om competenties en gedrag zorgvuldig in kaart te brengen.
  • Basis van bepaalde HR software pakketten.

Nice to have

  • Je bent up to date met de nieuwste digitale tools die jouw rekrutering skills naar een hoger niveau tillen.
  • Je bent leergierig, flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een vlotte, empathische houding.
  • Zin om je snel in te werken in nieuwe sectoren en omgevingen.
  • Teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor detail.
  • Creativiteit in het bedenken van rekruteringstrategieën.
  • Affiniteit met diversiteit en inclusie, en het bevorderen van een gezonde workplace culture.
