Jobomschrijving

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een portefeuille aan klanten binnen jouw marktsegment.
  • Actief prospecteren en commerciële opportuniteiten identificeren.
  • Beheren van het volledige rekruteringsproces van A tot Z.
  • Voeren van diepgaande intakegesprekken met kandidaten.
  • Screenen, interviewen en begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens hun sollicitatietraject.
  • Adviseren van klanten rond talent acquisition en markttrends.
  • Onderhandelen van samenwerkingen en commerciële voorwaarden.
  • Opstellen van kwalitatieve kandidaatvoorstellingen en vacatureteksten.
  • Uitbouwen van een sterk professioneel netwerk binnen jouw specialisatie.
  • Realiseren van individuele commerciële en rekruteringsdoelstellingen.
  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Heeft een sterke interesse in sales, recruitment of business development.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Is ondernemend, resultaatgericht en proactief.
  • Bouwt gemakkelijk professionele relaties op.
  • Werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team.
  • Heeft een positieve mindset en een sterke drive om te groeien.
  • Voelt zich thuis in een dynamische en performante omgeving.
