Bij Ymatch is het hoog tijd om ons team WTB & Metaal uit te breiden!

Wij helpen bedrijven in het MKB met het vinden van nieuw talent voor hun bedrijf en helpen wij technisch personeel aan de volgende stap in hun carrière. Als bedrijf werken met vakmensen in de bouw en techniek maar ook office en commercieel personeel helpen wij graag een stapje verder.

Jouw focus zal echter de bemiddeling van mannen en vrouwen in de metaal zijn!

Monteurs, Lassers, constructiebankwerkers en frezers. Het komt allemaal voorbij, en jij staat voor allemaal klaar!

Niet alleen natuurlijk... Jij werkt op de WTB & Metaal sector samen met jouw team en kunt dus altijd rekenen op bijstand van jou collega's. Ymatch is- al zeggen we het zelf ;)- een frisse en enthousiaste onderneming onder de rook van Rotterdam en we zijn altijd op zoek naar nieuw commercieel talent! Iets voor jou?

In jouw rol leren we je te schakelen en communiceren met diverse mensen. Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken met werkzoekenden en bied die vervolgens aan bij bekende en nog onbekende klanten.

Jij zorgt er voor dat de werkzoekende, werknemer wordt en op de juist plek terecht komt.

Doordat jij veel contact hebt met diverse bedrijven weet je wat er speelt in de markt en maak jij altijd de juiste (Y)match! In het kort; - Werken aan een eigen klanten en relatie portefeuille en die beheren - Topper worden in jouw vakgebied door training en ervaring - Vacatures schrijven - Nieuwe collega's zoeken voor onze klanten - Sollicitatiegesprekken voeren - Acquisitie doen naar nieuwe mooie bedrijven - Matches en deals maken - Eigen ideeën uitwerken en inbrengen

Bij Ymatch werken we graag hard en hebben we plezier in ons werk. Daarnaast houden wij van goede grappen, competities, een potje hooghouden maar ook een wandeling tijdens de lunch.
