Bij DAF Trucks krijg je de kans om onze organisatie sterker op de (digitale) kaart te zetten en de juiste kandidaten aan ons te verbinden. In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je het werven van talent met het bouwen aan een sterk werkgeversmerk. Je werkt binnen de Europese HR-organisatie van DAF Trucks op de afdeling Recruitment & Employer Branding in Eindhoven en schakelt dagelijks met HR business partners, vacaturehouders, communicatiecollega's en externe partners. Jij zorgt ervoor dat DAF zichtbaar, aantrekkelijk en onderscheidend is voor talent in de markt. Wat ga je doen? In deze gecombineerde rol ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor (campus)-recruitmentproces én de arbeidsmarktcommunicatie van DAF. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Zelfstandig beheren van (stage)-vacatures voor verschillende organisatieonderdelen binnen DAF (Samen met een stagiair, ) - Het schrijven en publiceren van wervende vacatureteksten - Het begeleiden en coördineren van het (campus-)recruitmentproces van begin tot eind - Het creëren van doelgroepgerichte content voor social media en andere kanalen - Meedenken over de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van de arbeidsmarktcommunicatiestrategie - Het mede onderhouden, beheren en verbeteren van de Werken bij DAF-site - Ondersteunen bij het coördineren van arbeidsmarktevents - Het signaleren van trends en Innovaties binnen recruitment en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie Over het bedrijf Over DAF Trucks DAF Trucks is een toonaangevende Europese fabrikant van bedrijfsvoertuigen en onderdeel van PACCAR Inc.,, een wereldwijd opererende producent van vrachtwagens en transportoplossingen.
