Als Recruitment Manager bij Steamz krijg je niet alleen de verantwoordelijkheid over het team, maar ook de ruimte om mee te bepalen hoe we verder groeien. Je geeft leiding aan vijf gedreven collega's, blijft dicht bij het recruitmentvak en trekt samen met eigenaar Bas op om Steamz naar de volgende fase te brengen. Als Recruitment Manager bij Steamz combineer je jouw liefde voor het recruitmentvak met het bouwen van een sterk en succesvol team. Je geeft leiding aan vijf collega's en bent verantwoordelijk voor hun ontwikkeling én resultaten. Je coacht, geeft vertrouwen en helpt mensen groeien, maar bent ook duidelijk over verwachtingen en stuurt bij wanneer kwaliteit, gedrag of resultaat daarom vraagt. Samen met Bas, eigenaar van Steamz, zorg jij ervoor dat we die waarmaken. Je vertaalt onze plannen naar de dagelijkse praktijk, bewaakt KPI's, omzet en marge en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Zo blijf je dicht bij de praktijk, begrijp je waar consultants tegenaan lopen en kun je inhoudelijk sparren, adviseren en coachen. Je kent de processen, werkt zelf met de nieuwste tools en ziet waar het slimmer of beter kan. Je verschuift steeds verder van recruitment naar management en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid voor het team, de operatie en de verdere groei van Steamz Je bent verantw...
