Onze klant is uitgegroeid tot één van de belangrijkste spelers ter wereld op gebied van diepvries aardappelproducten voor private labels.

Als Talent & Development Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, implementeren en beheren van hun Learning & Development-programma. Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het ontwikkelen van hun medewerkers en het bevorderen van een cultuur van continue groei en verbetering binnen de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met interne belanghebbenden, zoals het senior management en HR, om de leerbehoeften van het bedrijf te identificeren en effectieve trainingsinitiatieven te ontwikkelen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Identificeren van leerbehoeften en het ontwerpen van een strategisch L&D-plan dat aansluit bij de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en de ontwikkelingsbehoeften van medewerkers.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van trainingsprogramma's, zowel klassikaal als online, om de kennis en vaardigheden van medewerkers te vergroten.
  • Coördineren en faciliteren van interne en externe trainingsactiviteiten, inclusief het inzetten van trainers en het beheren van trainingsbudgetten.
  • Evalueren van de effectiviteit van trainingsprogramma's en het verzamelen van feedback van deelnemers om voortdurende verbetering te waarborgen.
  • Beheren van de L&D-technologieën en -systemen, zoals een Learning Management System (LMS), en zorgen voor een optimale gebruikerservaring.
  • Bevorderen van een leercultuur binnen de organisatie en het aanmoedigen van medewerkers om zelfverantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Samenwerken met HR en leidinggevenden om individuele ontwikkelingsplannen op te stellen en loopbaanontwikkeling te ondersteunen.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van trends en best practices op het gebied van L&D en deze toepassen om de effectiviteit van het programma te vergroten..
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in HR, Bedrijfskunde, Onderwijskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Je hebt reeds een aantal jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol, bij voorkeur in een snel veranderende omgeving.
  • Kennis van L&D-methodologieën, trainingstechnieken en leertechnologieën.
  • Ervaring met het ontwerpen en implementeren van trainingsprogramma's op verschillende niveaus, van onboarding tot leiderschapsontwikkeling.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, waarbij je je vlot kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Ook 45-plussers worden aangemoedigd om zich kandidaat te stellen.
