Als Manager Recruitment uitzendbranche bepaal je de koers, professionaliseer je processen en verbind je recruitmentteams op internationaal vlak. Je krijgt veel invloed op hoe uitzendkrachten wordt aangetrokken en zorgt voor een recruitmentaanpak die ook op langere termijn resultaat oplevert. Wat hebben we jou te bieden? Je krijgt een zelfstandige functie waarin je nauw samenwerkt met het management en veel vrijheid hebt om recruitment verder vorm te geven. Hier kun je nog écht impact maken op de toekomst! Verder: - Salaris tot € 5.500 bruto per maand. - Auto, laptop en telefoon van de zaak. - 24 vakantiedagen, waarbij je er 5 kan bijkopen. - Pensioenregeling waarbij de werkgever 2/3 inlegt. - Bij voorkeur een werkweek van 40 uur (32 uur is bespreekbaar voor de juiste kandidaat). Over de functie Als Manager Recruitment uitzendbranche geef je richting aan de volledige recruitmentorganisatie op het gebied van werk, wonen en welzijn op internationale arbeid. Je werkt samen met het Nederlandse recruitmentteam van vijf collega's en onderhoudt intensief contact met 13 hubs in 8 landen die medewerkers werven voor de Nederlandse markt. Daarbij breng je structuur aan, verbeter je processen en zorg je voor een recruitmentstrategie die aansluit op de groeiambities van de organisatie. - Je ontwikkelt en implementeert de recruitmentstrategie voor de verschillende labels en internationale recruitmentlocaties. - Samen met de recruitmentteams optimaliseer je processen, bewaak je KPI's en versterk je de samenwerking tussen de verschillende recruitmenthubs. - Op basis van data, forecasting en capaciteitsbehoeften werk je aan een voo...
