Samen met jouw teamgenoten ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze (recruitment) marketingcampagnes. Het absolute zwaartepunt van jouw functie ligt bij het ontleden en écht leren kennen van onze doelgroepen. Jij duikt in hun belevingswereld: waar lopen ze warm voor, wat is hun zoekgedrag, via welke kanalen bereik je ze het beste en welke content is daarvoor nodig? Deze kennis vertaal je direct naar krachtige, doelgerichte campagnes voor onze belangrijkste vacatures. Je monitort de resultaten actief, duikt in GA4 om de conversie te verhogen, zorgt voor goede data tracking en gebruikt deze data om campagnes continu te optimaliseren. Met jouw inzichten ben je ook de sparringpartner voor de recruitmentafdeling. Je deelt actief je resultaten met deze afdeling en voorziet hen van waardevolle inzichten. Naast deze vacaturecampagnes bewaak en versterk je de brede online aanwezigheid van AB Vakwerk. Je beheert de website en brengt inhoudelijke en technische wijzigingen aan om de vindbaarheid te vergroten en conversie te verhogen. Daarbij onderhoud je ook het contact met onze webbouwer om het platform steeds een stap verder te brengen.
