Recruitment is een onderwerp dat momenteel flink 'under construction' ligt. En, wij zoeken iemand die dat in goede banen weet te leiden. Denk aan het oppakken en implementeren van nieuwe recruitment projecten, het inrichten van de processen en de samenwerking met de recruiters in de verschillende business units. Denk daarnaast ook aan het rechtstreeks beheren en invullen van vacatures die aan jou zijn toegewezen. Fullcycle recruitment is dus onderdeel van je functie, maar de focus ligt op het verder ontwikkelen en professionaliseren van recruitment binnen A.Hak. Als Recruitmentcoördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk het verder doorontwikkelen en professionaliseren van recruitment. Deze functie is uniek omdat je niet terechtkomt in de traditionele recruitmentrol. Je krijgt juist de ruimte om recruitment verder vorm te geven, processen te verbeteren, projecten te starten en blijvende impact...
