Je hebt wekelijks contact met zorgcoördinatoren, regiomanagers en collega's recruitment over de stand van zaken m.b.t. de openstaande vacatures. Tevens ben je op de hoogte van de operationele zaken die hiermee samen hangen. Daarnaast werk je ook nauw samen met onze arbeidsmarktcommunicatiespecialisten voor het opzetten van wervingsacties. Samen zorgen wij voor een aangenaam thuis voor onze cliënten, en een fijne werkomgeving voor onze collega's. Met het recruitment team van Tzorg (8 andere recruitment specialisten, 9 medewerkers recruitment en de 2 teamleiders) ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe collega's. Je brengt vraag en aanbod samen in jouw regio's. Ons recruitment team werkt over heel Nederland, jij zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het gebied Barendrecht, Rotterdam, Zeeland en omgeving vanuit de vestiging in Rotterdam. Binnen ons recruitment team werk je zelfstandig maar nooit alleen, collega's staan altijd klaar om elkaar te helpen en zullen met plezier al je vragen beantwoorden. Werkzaamheden Recruitment Specialist : - Je maakt de beste match tussen Tzorg en potentiële collega's, van uitvoerend tot management niveau; - Je bent op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen op de arbeidsmarkt en een echte specialist op het gebied van recruitment; - Overal waar potentieel talent zich ophoudt, daar ben jij. UWV, gemeente, banenbeurs of scholen, noem maar op, jij hebt er de contacten of bouwt ze op; - Alles rondom het uitzetten van vacatures van onze collega's op kantoor; persoonlijk contact, screening, het uitnodigen en spreken van de sollicitant en de afhandeling hieromtrent in ons ATS; - Je zet data om in ac...
