Je weet de juiste professionals te vinden, te verbinden en te enthousiasmeren. Als Recruitment Specialist bij Provadi zorg jij ervoor dat de juiste professionals hun weg naar Provadi vinden. Je bouwt aan talentpools, legt verbinding met kandidaten en zorgt ervoor dat wij zichtbaar zijn als werkgever binnen vastgoed, bouwkunde en gebiedsontwikkeling. Van Projectleiders en Vastgoedadviseurs tot Contractmanagers, Assetmanagers en Bouwkundig Inspecteurs: jij weet waar talent zit en hoe je mensen in beweging krijgt. Klinkt dit als jouw speelveld? Lees dan verder. Wat ga je doen? Als Recruitment Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van nieuwe collega's en interim professionals voor Provadi. Je verzorgt het gehele recruitmentproces, van intake tot arbeidsvoorwaardengesprekken. Je beweegt je op het snijvlak van recruitment, arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en employer branding en speelt een belangrijke rol in onze verdere groei. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, leidinggevenden en de marketingafdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat Provadi zichtbaar blijft voor de juiste doelgroepen. Samen met ons Business Development team zorg je dat vraagstukken door de juiste professional opgepakt worden. De vraagstukken lopen uiteen van inhoudelijke inspectie- en adviesopgaven, die we vanuit onze eigen afdeling Inspectie & Advies oppakken, tot bredere capaciteits- en expertisevraagstukken bij onze opdrachtgevers waarbij onze professionals op interimbasis aan de slag gaan. Je houdt je bezig met: - Het versterken van onze zichtbaarheid op de arbeidsmarkt via social media, arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en employer branding; - Het samenwerken met de marketingafdeling aan recruitmentcampagnes en werkenbij-content; - Het actief zoeken, benaderen en entho...
