Dan voel jij je thuis bij Tzorg. Als Recruitment Specialist ben jij de spil in het volledige wervingsproces. Je weet talent te vinden via diverse online kanalen, benut data om de juiste keuzes te maken en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete acties. Je onderhoudt wekelijks contact met zorgcoördinatoren, regiomanagers en je collega's van recruitment over de voortgang van vacatures en bent goed op de hoogte van de operationele ontwikkelingen binnen jouw regio. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met onze arbeidsmarktcommunicatiespecialisten om creatieve en effectieve wervingscampagnes op te zetten die de juiste doelgroep aanspreken. Samen zorgen we voor een aangenaam thuis voor onze cliënten én een fijne werkomgeving voor onze collega's. Je maakt deel uit van een enthousiast recruitmentteam van 22 betrokken collega's en twee teamleiders. Iedere dag werken we samen aan één doel: het aantrekken, enthousiasmeren en verbinden van de beste kandidaten aan Tzorg. Ons recruitmentteam is actief door heel Nederland. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de regio Limburg, met als standplaats Roermond. Je bent veel onderweg in jouw regio en bezoekt regelmatig onze locaties, netwerkbijeenkomsten, banenmarkten en opleidingsinstellingen. Hierdoor bouw je sterke relaties op met kandidaten en stakeholders, vergroot je onze zichtbaarheid als werkgever en weet je precies wat er speelt op de regionale arbeidsmarkt. Jij brengt vraag en aanbod succesvol samen en maakt het verschil voor de groei van Tzorg in jouw regio.
