Wat doe je als Recruitment Specialist?

Als Recruitment Specialist bouw je samen met je team aan een eigen verhaal in je regio binnen Engineering, Finance of Logistics. Je beheert je dossiers van eerste contact tot sterke opstart. Je spreekt dagelijks met professionals én bedrijven en brengt beide gericht samen.

Je zorgt voor instroom van sterke profielen binnen jouw niche. Kandidaten reageren op vacatures, maar vaak ga je zelf gericht op zoek via je netwerk, gerichte sourcing en marktkennis. Je benadert professionals doordacht en voert intakegesprekken waarin je hun ervaring, context en ambities scherp krijgt. Zo weet je waar iemand echt tot zijn recht komt.

Tegelijk zet je sterk in op prospectie. Je benadert actief nieuwe bedrijven, brengt hun noden in kaart en gaat in gesprek over hoe wij hen kunnen versterken. Zo bouw je stap voor stap je eigen klantenportefeuille uit en creëer je nieuwe samenwerkingen binnen jouw regio en niche.

Zie je een match? Dan neem je het traject verder in handen. Je stelt profielen gericht voor, stemt verwachtingen af met beide partijen, plant gesprekken in en volgt het proces actief op. Je bewaakt het tempo, adviseert waar nodig en zorgt voor een sterke opstart en opvolging nadien. Zo bouw je aan samenwerkingen die blijven werken.

Intussen groeit ook je netwerk. Via netwerkevents, gerichte sourcing, LinkedIn en rechtstreeks contact met professionals en bedrijven vergroot je stap voor stap je zichtbaarheid in jouw niche. Zo creëer je continu nieuwe opportuniteiten in je regio.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring in recruitment, sales of een klantgerichte rol is een plus. Je motivatie om een netwerk uit te bouwen en impact te maken in je markt maakt het verschil.
  • Je legt vlot contact met nieuwe mensen en haalt energie uit gesprekken met professionals en bedrijven. Je neemt initiatief en stapt zelf op opportuniteiten af.
  • Je werkt doelgericht en voelt je goed in een rol met targets en resultaatverantwoordelijkheid. Prospectie en het uitbouwen van relaties binnen je regio maken deel uit van hoe jij graag werkt.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel. Je stelt de juiste vragen, luistert actief en weet mensen mee te nemen in een traject.
  • Je houdt overzicht in meerdere dossiers tegelijk en bepaalt vlot prioriteiten in een omgeving waar tempo belangrijk is.
