Je krijgt een brede en afwisselende stage waarin je veel leert over HR, recruitment, administratie en klantcontact. Je groeit stap voor stap mee in het vak. Hoe jouw dag eruit kan zien: - Je start de dag met een dagstart samen met je collega's. Hier bespreken jullie alle belangrijke punten, openstaande vacatures, kandidaten en prioriteiten. - Daarna begin je met het bellen van sollicitanten, het beantwoorden van mails en het inplannen van kennismakingsgesprekken. - Je beheert de mailbox, verwerkt administratieve taken en houdt contact met klanten over lopende vacatures. - Later in je stage ga je zelf kennismakingsgesprekken voeren met kandidaten. - Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en schakelt veel tussen verschillende taken. Over de opdrachtgever Actief Werkt! is een uitzendbureau dat dagelijks mensen helpt aan passend werk. Wij verbinden werkzoekenden met werkgevers, regelen contracten, ondersteunen bij HR-vragen en zorgen dat alles administratief klopt. Een uitzendbureau is dus de schakel tussen talent en bedrijven: wij werven kandidaten, voeren gesprekken, matchen profielen en begeleiden zowel klant als kandidaat gedurende het hele proces.
