Bij Recruit Today zijn we op zoek naar een Recruitment Supporter die ons helpt met alle sollicitanten, potentiële kandidaten en bij het bijhouden en inrichten van ons digitale systeem. Jij bent het creatieve brein in ons recruitmentproces: je zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt, kandidaten netjes opgevolgd worden en managers de juiste informatie ontvangen. Voor deze functie kun je prima op afstand werken en kun je vanuit ons systeem alles bijhouden. Voor deze opdracht krijg je een aantal vacatures toegewezen om mee aan de slag te gaan. Als Recruitment Supporter ben je administratief sterk en digitaal vaardig. Je houdt ervan om structuur aan te brengen en overzicht te bewaren. Je ondersteunt bij het nabellen van sollicitanten, voert telefonische of online interviews via Teams, screent kandidaten en stelt overtuigende voorstelbrieven op. Dankzij jouw communicatievaardigheden en gestructureerde manier van werken weet je zowel kandidaten als managers goed te ondersteunen. Dit ga je doen: - Nabellen en opvolgen van sollicitanten - (Telefonische of online) interviews voeren en kandidaten screenen - Opstellen van voorstelbrieven en kandidaten voordragen aan managers - Bijhouden en inrichten van ons recruitmentsysteem - Administratieve verwerking en HR-ondersteuning Dit breng jij mee: - Je bent administratief en organisatorisch sterk - Je hebt ervaring met digitale systemen en werkt digitaal handig en snel - Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling - Je denkt creatief mee in oplossingen en weet structuur aan te brengen - Ervaring met recruitment of HR is een sterke pre Heb je interesse in de opdracht van Recruitment Supporter, dan horen we graag van je.
