Bij Martens & Brijs draait alles om mensen. Al 25 jaar helpen we bedrijven bij het vinden van talent dat écht past – van professionals en managers tot C-level profielen. Of het nu gaat om werving & selectie, executive search of assessments: wij zorgen dat talent en organisaties elkaar vinden.

Vanuit Gent en onze flexkantoren in Diegem en Roeselare schakelen we dagelijks met klanten en kandidaten. We houden van een no-nonsense aanpak en van professionele, directe en heldere communicatie.

We zoeken een nieuwe collega die energie krijgt van het verbinden van mensen en organisaties, en die elke dag met enthousiasme het verschil wil maken.

Jouw functie

Als Recruitment & Talent Consultant trek jij wervingsprocessen van A tot Z: van intake tot afronding van een dossier. Je begeleidt kandidaten en klanten, stelt profielen scherp en brengt talent en organisatie bij elkaar. Je krijgt de vrijheid om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en impact te maken voor onze klanten en kandidaten.

Concreet?

  • Je bezoekt klanten, leert hun organisatie kennen en vertaalt de vacature naar een duidelijke, aantrekkelijke tekst.
  • Je bepaalt de beste wervingsstrategie en zoekt actief naar kandidaten via databanken, direct search, netwerk en sociale media.
  • Je screent kandidaten, voert diepgaande gesprekken en maakt scherpe kandidatendossiers.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met klanten, kandidaten, collega’s en leadgevers en bouwt zo een sterk netwerk op.
  • Je pakt projecten met plezier aan – van social media en employer branding tot het verbeteren van recruitmentprocessen – en brengt je eigen ideeën direct in de praktijk.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een masterdiploma en een eerste ervaring in rekrutering.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor talent, een goed gevoel voor mensen en een flinke dosis initiatief.
  • Je bent van nature nieuwsgierig, stelt de juiste vragen en duikt vol goesting in elk project.
  • Je houdt van échte connecties. Een vertrouwensband opbouwen met klant én kandidaat? Dat is waar jij in uitblinkt.
  • Je communiceert helder en to the point, of het nu gaat om een vacaturetekst, een mail of een goed gesprek
  • Je bent een enthousiaste collega: betrokken, positief, collegiaal en niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • LinkedIn, databanken en andere online tools? Jij schakelt er vlot en creatief tussen om de juiste kandidaat te vinden.
  • Nederlands beheers je perfect. Spreek je ook Frans en/of Engels? Dan ben je nóg breder inzetbaar in onze projecten.
