Je vertaalt de groeiambities van de organisatie naar een toekomstbestendige personeelsstrategie en zorgt ervoor dat we beschikken over de juiste mensen, competenties en ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: · Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de recruitment- en talentontwikkelstrategie. · Werven, selecteren en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers. · Adviseren van management over personeelsplanning, arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en talentvraagstukken. · Opbouwen en onderhouden van talentpools en relevante arbeidsmarktnetwerken. · Organiseren van een professioneel onboardingproces voor nieuwe collega's. · Ontwikkelen van functieprofielen, competentiemodellen en doorgroeipaden. · Faciliteren van opleidingen, coaching en ontwikkelprogramma's. · Inzicht creëren in huidige en toekomstige competentiebehoeften en deze vertalen naar concrete ontwikkel- en opvolgingsplannen. · Fungeren als sparringpartner voor management op het gebied van talentontwikkeling en personeelsgroei.
