De functie inhoud Als Recruitment Trainee regio Ieper krijg je bij ons vanaf dag één verantwoordelijkheid. Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega’s leer je alles over het volledige rekruteringsproces.

  • Je helpt bedrijven groeien door hen te ondersteunen in hun zoektocht naar nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Jij maakt de match tussen bedrijf en kandidaat door diepgaande gesprekken, schrijven van vacatures, opvolgen van sollicitaties en overleg met klanten en kandidaten.
  • Sollicitanten voelen zich welkom bij jou. Je stelt hen op hun gemak, luistert écht en bouwt zo vertrouwen op.
  • De opstart is bij jou niet het eindpunt. Je blijft kandidaten opvolgen tot wel een jaar na hun eerste werkdag. Aftercare is bij ons geen loze belofte, maar een vaste waarde.
  • Ook je administratie up-to-date houden behoort tot jouw takenpakket.
  • Je bouwt mee aan onze uitstraling als sterk merk, dit zowel online (bv. social media) als offline (bv. netwerkevents).

Over Noël Franklin Bij Noël Franklin begeleiden we mensen naar een eerste of volgende job. We zijn actief in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen en hebben vier kantoren: Oostkamp, Harelbeke, Ieper en Gent. Jij krijgt jouw eigen uitvalsbasis, maar ga gerust ook eens werken bij jouw collega's op een andere locatie.

  • Je bent communicatief sterk, houdt ervan om met mensen in gesprek te gaan en kan goed netwerken.
  • Je streeft graag doelen na en bent resultaatsgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief, bent commercieel en straalt vertrouwen uit.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een plus.
