In deze functie help je operators en monteurs bij het vinden van een passende vervolgstap in hun carrière. Je begeleidt kandidaten gedurende hun loopbaan, bouwt duurzame relaties op en werkt samen met een gedreven team van recruitmentprofessionals. Dankzij de afwisseling tussen werving, begeleiding en klantcontact is geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je brengt technische kandidaten en vacatures succesvol samen door de juiste vragen te stellen en goed naar hun wensen en ambities te luisteren. - Je werft, selecteert en bemiddelt operators en monteurs met een mbo werk- en denkniveau binnen de proces- en maakindustrie. - Je zoekt actief naar nieuwe kandidaten via verschillende recruitmentkanalen en bouwt aan een sterk en duurzaam netwerk. - Je schrijft aantrekkelijke en doelgroepgerichte vacatureteksten die de juiste professionals aanspreken. - Je begeleidt kandidaten tijdens hun dienstverband door regelmatig contact te onderhouden, werkplekbezoeken af te leggen en ondersteuning te bieden bij bijvoorbeeld verzuim. - Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers en collega's om duurzame en succesvolle plaatsingen te realiseren.
