Als recruitmentmarketeer ben je recruiter én marketeer in één. Je zoekt zelf kandidaten, begeleidt sollicitanten en zorgt er tegelijkertijd voor dat Van der Werff als werkgever beter zichtbaar wordt in de regio Waalwijk. Vanuit Waalwijk werf je voor de vestigingen in Zuid (Waalwijk en Roermond): van chauffeurs en toekomstige chauffeurs die we zelf opleiden tot collega's voor het warehouse, crossdock en kantoor. Je zoekt actief naar kandidaten en begeleidt hen van het eerste contact tot hun start bij Van der Werff. Maar je doet meer dan recruiten. Met goede content, slimme campagnes, events en andere creatieve ideeën zorg je ervoor dat mensen ons leren kennen als werkgever. Geen functie waarin alles al voor je is uitgedacht. Jij krijgt de ruimte om te bouwen, te proberen en te ontdekken wat werkt. Wat ga je doen? Recruitment - Je zoekt en benadert actief kandidaten voor verschillende functies binnen onze vestiging. - Je schrijft en plaatst vacatures en zorgt dat ze via de juiste kanalen onder de aandacht komen. - Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken en begeleidt kandidaten tijdens het recruitmentproces. - Je brengt onze eigen opleidingstrajecten voor chauffeurs onder de aandacht en werft hiervoor kandidaten. Recruitmentmarketing - Je bedenkt en maakt content voor social media, onze werken-bij-kanalen, wervingscampagnes en lokale acties. - Je denkt mee over promotiemateriaal en merchandise. - Je houdt bij waar kandidaten vandaan komen, welke acties sollicitaties opleveren en waar vacatures moeilijk vervulbaar blijven.
