The posting

Pour l'un de nos clients, acteur majeur du secteur industriel, nous recherchons un(e) Recruiter à temps partiel (80%) pour renforcer l'équipe Ressources Humaines dans le cadre d'une mission temporaire de 6 mois basée à Braine-l'Alleud.

Vos responsabilités :

Organiser et participer aux réunions d'analyse des besoins de recrutement avec les managers.

Assurer le sourcing de candidats (ouvriers, employés et cadres) via LinkedIn Recruiter et différentes bases de données.

Rechercher activement des profils techniques et pénuriques.

Réaliser les présélections téléphoniques et évaluer l'adéquation des profils avec les besoins.

Assurer le suivi des candidatures dans l'ATS et maintenir une communication régulière avec les managers et les interlocuteurs RH.

Organiser les entretiens et communiquer les retours aux candidats.

Gérer l'envoi et le suivi des tests d'évaluation.

Participer au suivi complet du processus de recrutement.

Réaliser des reportings et analyses des recrutements afin d'optimiser les stratégies de recherche.

Apporter votre soutien à divers projets RH tels que l'employer branding, les relations écoles et les actions de recrutement. Vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie en recrutement.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, le néerlandais et l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (MS Office, Teams, ATS). Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des outils de sourcing digital et des réseaux professionnels.

Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome et capable de gérer plusieurs recrutements simultanément. Vous avez un excellent relationnel et de solides compétences en communication.

Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats tout en gardant une approche humaine et collaborative. Une expérience dans un environnement industriel constitue un réel atout.
