Dans le cadre du développement de notre agence située à Milmort, nous recherchons un(e) Recruteur / Recruteuse motivé(e), autonome et orienté(e) résultats, avec une première expérience réussie dans le recrutement.

Votre mission

En tant que Recruteur / Recruteuse, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le développement de notre activité.

Vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Prendre en charge le processus de recrutement de A à Z : analyse des besoins, recherche de candidats, sélection, entretiens et suivi.
  • Rechercher et identifier des profils correspondant aux besoins de nos clients dans différents secteurs d'activité.
  • Constituer, développer et entretenir un vivier de candidats qualifiés.
  • Assurer le suivi des candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins et leur proposer les profils adéquats.
  • Participer activement au développement commercial et à la croissance de l'agence.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des méthodes, processus et outils de recrutement.
  • Participer à la mise en place de nouvelles initiatives permettant de développer l'activité et la visibilité de l'agence.
  • Être un véritable acteur / une véritable actrice de l'évolution de l'entreprise

Nous recherchons avant tout une personne dynamique, impliquée et orientée résultats, qui souhaite s'investir dans un projet à long terme.

Vous disposez idéalement de :

  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans le recrutement.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de l'intérim constitue un sérieux atout.
  • Une bonne capacité à identifier rapidement les compétences et la motivation des candidats.
  • Un excellent sens du contact et de la communication.
  • Une personnalité autonome, proactive et organisée.
  • Une bonne résistance au stress et la capacité à gérer plusieurs recrutements simultanément.
  • Un esprit commercial et entrepreneurial.
  • L'envie de contribuer concrètement au développement et à la croissance d'une agence.
