Votre mission :

- Prospecter et recruter des aide-ménagères disposant déjà de clients.

- Assurer le premier contact et le suivi des candidates

- Réaliser les visites à domicile uniquement en Région bruxelloise

- Veiller à la bonne finalisation des conventions clients

- Représenter HQC de manière professionnelle auprès des candidates et clients

Vous connaissez déjà le secteur des titres-services et son fonctionnement. Vous savez ce que ça implique vraiment de trouver la bonne candidate et de la faire aboutir jusqu'au contrat. Vous êtes une personne de terrain, à l'aise avec les gens, organisée, et vous avez soif de vous investir dans un projet où vos résultats sont reconnus et récompensés à leur juste valeur.
