Voor het Spinoza Lyceum zijn wij op zoek naar een: Inspirerende, strategisch sterke en energieke RECTOR-BESTUURDER (1.0 fte, met een marktconform salaris) Functieomschrijving Als rector-bestuurder geef je leiding aan een school met een rijke historie en een stevige onderwijskundige identiteit. Je versterkt de schoolleiding door autonomie en samenwerking te stimuleren en zet strategisch beleid om in duidelijke kaders. Je waarborgt de balans tussen onderwijsinnovatie en organisatorische stabiliteit, terwijl je bestuurlijke verantwoordelijkheid draagt binnen de stichting. Het bouwen aan een professionele organisatie, als rector en als bestuurder, doe je met lef en energie, maar ook met de rust die je ervaring met zich meebrengt. Functie-eisen - Academisch werk- en denkniveau. - Ruime eindverantwoordelijke leidinggevende ervaring in het onderwijs, bij voorkeur in het voortgezet onderwijs. - Ervaring met bestuurlijke verantwoordelijkheid en strategisch management. - Onderbouwde visie op (dalton)onderwijs en brede vorming. - Bewezen ervaring met organisatie- en teamontwikkeling. - Gedegen financieel en bedrijfsmatig inzicht. - Uitstekende communicatieve en verbindende vaardigheden.
