32-36 uur per week Jij maakt makkelijk contact en helpt mensen graag op weg. Je luistert, geeft duidelijke tips en vindt een schone buurt belangrijk. Wil je inwoners helpen om hun afval beter te scheiden? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Dit ga je doen Als recyclingcoach bij Reinigingsbedrijf Midden Nederland (RMN) help je inwoners met vragen over afval scheiden. Je bent veel op pad in onze gemeenten en gaat met mensen in gesprek. Je bekijkt de inhoud van kliko's en legt uit welk afval waar hoort. Gaat het afval scheiden nog niet goed? Dan luister je naar de inwoner en zoek je samen naar een oplossing. Je geeft praktische tips die mensen thuis meteen kunnen gebruiken. Ook let je op afval dat naast containers staat en op vervuiling in de buurt. Je werkt samen met collega's, handhavers en gemeenten om dit aan te pakken. Met onze communicatiemedewerkers bedenk je duidelijke berichten en tips over afval scheiden. Je zoekt ook naar manieren om meer inwoners te bereiken, bijvoorbeeld via wijkverenigingen. Daarom wil je hier werken Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer help je een inwoner die twijfelt over in welk kliko het afval moet. De andere keer leg je aan kinderen van een basisschool uit hoe het allemaal werkt op een recyclingstation. Je bent actief bezig, ontmoet veel verschillende mensen en draagt bij aan een schone omgeving. Verder krijg je: • ruimte om je kennis op het gebied van afval en onze dienstverlening verder te ontwikkelen; • een salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao SGO. Salarisschaal 6, €2596,- tot €3743,- op basis van 36 uur per week. Inclusief een individueel keuzebudget en reiskostenvergoeding. • een dienstverband en aantal uren die in overleg worden vastgesteld. • Aandacht voor jouw gezondheid met een fitnessregeling en wekelijks gratis fruit. • Gezellige personeelsbijeenkomsten.
