* Organisationsmanagement, insbesondere Koordination von redaktionellen und gestalterischen Abläufen sowie strukturierte Terminplanung

* Mitarbeit an digitalen Formaten (z. B. Newsletter, Online-Content, einfache Layout-Anpassungen)

* Redaktionelle Tätigkeiten wie Recherche, Textbearbeitung, Korrekturen und Unterstützung bei der Content-Erstellung

* Formulierung von Bildtexten

* Recherche und Unterstützung der Redaktion

* Pflege interner Arbeitsdokumente, Layout- und Produktionsübersichten

* Allgemeine Unterstützung der Redaktion, insbesondere in der Endproduktion

Ihr Profil

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- sowie Englisch in Wort & Schrift

* Erste Erfahrungen im redaktionellen, digitalen oder gestalterischen Bereich von Vorteil (z. B. Newsletter, Content-Erstellung)

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Grundkenntnisse in Adobe InDesign oder anderen Design-Tools von Vorteil

* Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt sowie strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsstärke, insbesondere im Umgang mit parallelen Design- und Redaktionsprozessen

* Event-Erfahrung bzw. organisatorische Kompetenz im Eventkontext von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit gängigem Equipment

* Hands-on-Mentalität

* Hohe Affinität für Gestaltung sowie Themen rund um Design und Lifestyle
