Für unsere Bundesorganisation - Maschinenring Österreich - suchen wir eine erfahrene, souveräne Persönlichkeit, die vorausschauend denkt, komplexe Themen selbstständig steuert und stets den Überblick behält. Daher suchen wir für unsere Zentrale in Linz ab sofort: 1 Referent_in Gremienmanagement

Was du tun wirst:

Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Bundesobmann, unserer Bundesgeschäftsführung & unseren bundesweiten Gremien zusammen und verantwortest deinen eigenständigen Aufgabenbereich. Du steuerst Abläufe und Abstimmungen, behältst Entscheidungen und offene Themen im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass die richtigen Schritte zur richtigen Zeit gesetzt werden.

* Du verantwortest das Gremienmanagement.

* Du organisierst Abstimmungen zwischen Funktionär:innen und Geschäftsführung.

* Du erkennst Handlungsbedarf frühzeitig, bindest die richtigen Personen ein und sorgst dafür, dass Vereinbarungen umgesetzt und offene Punkte geklärt werden.

* Du übernimmst eigene Projekte und Sonderthemen und bringst diese selbstständig und zuverlässig zum Abschluss.

* Du bereitest Präsentationen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen professionell auf und gehst mit sensiblen Informationen absolut diskret um.

Was du mitbringst:

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld, die es gewohnt ist, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Zusammenhänge rasch zu erfassen und Themen eigenständig voranzutreiben.

* Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium und/oder langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Umfeld von Geschäftsführung oder Vorstand

* Sehr strukturierte, vorausschauende und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Abläufe und unterschiedliche Beteiligte sicher zu koordinieren

* Verschwiegenheit, Verlässlichkeit, Diplomatie und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

* Souveränes Auftreten und ein sehr gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten, Rollen und Interessen

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365

* Flexibilität und Professionalität auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen
