Bouw mee aan warme, persoonsgerichte dementiezorg

Dementie is zoveel meer dan een medische diagnose. Het gaat over mensen, relaties, herinneringen, gewoontes, emoties en soms ook over gedrag dat moeilijk te begrijpen is.

Bij Twee Poorten willen we daarom blijven zoeken naar wat wél werkt. Hoe kunnen we mensen met dementie zo ondersteunen dat ze zich veilig, gezien en gewaardeerd voelen? Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat familie zich betrokken voelt? En hoe maken we van onze beschermde afdeling een plek waar bewoners écht kunnen wonen en leven?

Daarom zoeken we een verpleegkundige met een hart voor mensen met dementie, die mee wil bouwen aan onze verdere ontwikkeling binnen dementiezorg.

💛 Wat ga je doen?

Als referentieverpleegkundige dementiezorg combineer je dagelijkse kwaliteitsvolle zorg met een actieve rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze dementiezorg. Daarin willen we niet zomaar bestaande zorg kopiëren, maar samen nadenken over hoe we het anders en beter kunnen doen.

  • Je denkt actief over onze visie en aanpak rond dementiezorg en neemt hierin een leidende rol op, samen met een collega-referentieverpleegkundige en de psycholoog
  • Je werkt aan initiatieven en projecten die het wonen en leven van mensen met dementie verbeteren.
  • Je helpt nieuwe inzichten en methodieken vertalen naar de werkvloer.
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s in het verder ontwikkelen van hun expertise.
  • Je krijgt ruimte om initiatief te nemen en mee richting te geven aan onze dementiezorg.

👤 Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken geen verpleegkundige die alleen sterk is in verpleegtechnische handelingen. We zoeken iemand die nieuwsgierig is naar de mens achter de dementie en bereid is expertise in het domein op te bouwen.

Jij:

  • hebt een diploma verpleegkunde (A2, bachelor of master);
  • hebt een bijzondere interesse in dementiezorg en hebt expertise in dit domein of bent bereid dit te ontwikkelen;
  • kijkt met een open en persoonsgerichte blik naar gedrag;
  • communiceert warm, empathisch en professioneel;
  • neemt initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid opnemen;
  • werkt graag samen en deelt graag kennis met collega’s;
  • bent niet bang om bestaande gewoontes in vraag te stellen;
  • krijgt energie van projecten, vernieuwing en kwaliteitsverbetering;
  • vindt het belangrijk om écht een verschil te maken voor bewoners en hun families.
