- Over HONK - Organisatie - Regie huisarts Bouw mee aan de volgende stap van het HONK Service Center. Het HONK Service Center groeit. Groei jij met ons mee? Wat begon als een pilot is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een bewezen en succesvol zorgconcept. Vanuit het HONK Service Center ondersteunen wij huisartsenpraktijken door een deel van de telefonische zorg en regietaken over te nemen. Hiermee dragen we bij aan toegankelijke, toekomstbestendige huisartsenzorg én ontlasten we de praktijken in de regio. Nu het concept zich heeft bewezen, zetten we de volgende stap. We breiden onze dienstverlening verder uit en hebben ruimte voor meerdere Regieartsen op verschillende werkdagen. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar huisartsen die graag meedenken, vernieuwen en samen met ons de huisartsenzorg verder ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als Regiearts ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het HONK Service Center. Je: - ondersteunt het team bij de medische regie; - beoordeelt en begeleidt complexe zorgvragen; - denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening; - draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van werkprocessen; - werkt samen met een enthousiast multidisciplinair team aan innovatieve eerstelijnszorg. Je krijgt de ruimte om niet alleen mee te werken, maar ook mee te bouwen aan nieuwe zorgconcepten die aansluiten bij de uitdagingen van de huisartsenzorg van vandaag én morgen.
