Jouw rol Als regiebegeleider sta je dicht bij de mensen voor wie je het doet. Je kent je cliënten, ziet wat hen raakt en merkt wanneer iets niet meer klopt. Jij bent degene die overzicht houdt, juist als het ingewikkeld wordt. Soms gaat het om kleine dingen: een andere aanpak, een gesprek op het juiste moment, rust brengen in het team. Soms om grotere keuzes: hoe zorgen we samen voor veiligheid, ontwikkeling en vertrouwen? Je begeleidt cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking (MVB en EVB) Samen met cliënten en hun netwerk stel je ondersteuningsplannen op die passen bij hun leven Zorgen dat collega’s weten wat nodig is en zich daarin zeker voelen Je coacht en ondersteunt begeleiders wanneer situaties emotioneel of complex worden Je stemt af met familie, behandelaren en andere betrokkenen Je werkt binnen één woning, met een team. Daardoor bouw je relaties op, zie je ontwikkeling en merk je het effect van jouw keuzes. Dit is geen rol op afstand, maar een functie midden in de praktijk. Gewenste ervaring, opleiding en vaardigheden Afgeronde hbo-opleiding (zorg gerelateerde opleiding) Affiniteit met of ervaring in de gehandicaptenzorg Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring als regiebegeleider, coördinator of vergelijkbaar Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen én samen te reflecteren Je haalt voldoening uit het begeleiden en versterken van collega’s Hier ga je werken Bij Severinus werken mensen die geloven dat goede zorg begint bij echte aandacht. Voor cliënten, maar ook voor elkaar. Je krijgt ruimte om jezelf te zijn, om te leren en om mee te denken over hoe zorg beter kan, vandaag én morgen. Ons aanbod Een salaris tussen € 3.296,- en € 4.705,- (CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, FWG 50, o.b.v. 36 uur). Een vergoeding voor onregelmatige diensten. Een contract voor 24 - 36 uur per week. Je ontvangt

8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar (o.b.v. 36 uur) en de mogelijkheid om jaarlijks max. 7 extra dagen balansverlof te kopen. Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,22 per km vanaf 0 km. Goede pensioenregeling via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn (50% premie betaald door Severinus).
