BuroBeterBuroBeter regiebehandelaar B+SGGZ K&J praktijk - Jeugdzorg - uren bespreekbaar - ca. 8-12 maanden (mogelijk langer) - Culemborg Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken we een regiebehandelaar als versterking van de GGZ K&J-tak (B+SGGZ). In welke context kom je terecht? - De organisatie bestaat uit zo'n 20 bevlogen medewerkers, bestaande uit (ambulante) begeleiders, ervaren orthopedagogen en gz-psychologen. Binnen het GGZ onderdeel werken 8 orthopedagogen en gz-psychologen. De sfeer is open, toegankelijk en weinig hiërarchisch. - Het GGZ onderdeel staat inmiddels stevig en is groeiend. Veelvoorkomende thema's zijn ADHD, autisme, zelfbeeld, hechting en trauma. Diagnostiek is een groot onderdeel van het aanbod, vaak in combinatie met ambulante begeleiding thuis, ouderbegeleiding en psycho-educatie. Behandeling vormt naar verhouding een kleiner deel van het aanbod. - Je bent primair regiebehandelaar binnen de GGZ K&J. Je hebt waar nodig ook een consulterende rol richting de andere onderdelen. Wat maakt deze opdracht interessant? - Omdat de vraag toeneemt, zal de aandacht in het begin vooral liggen op het doen van intakes. Deze doe je gezamenlijk met behandelaars. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behandelplan, leest diagnostiek mee en voert gezamenlijke adviesgesprekken en evaluaties. Daarnaast geef je werkbegeleiding. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden met twee andere regiebehandelaars. - Vanuit jouw ervaring mag je richting en feedback geven. De organisatie staat open om te leren en verder te professionaliseren. - Vanwege het beperkt aantal uur ligt de nadruk op de regietaken, maar je zou ook een enkele behandeling of een diagnostiektraject zelf kunnen oppakken. Zeker als het wat meer complex is. Wat neem je mee? - Je bent gz-psycholoog, orthopedagoog-generalist of K&J-psycholoog NIP en voelt je comfortabel in de regierol binnen BGGZ en SGGZ K&J. - Je kijkt verder dan het kind alleen en beweegt makkelijk mee zonder rigide te wo...
