Voor ons Behandel & Expertise Netwerk (BEN) zoeken wij een ervaren regiebehandelaar die zich met hart en ziel inzet voor cliënten met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag (MVG). Als regiebehandelaar creëer je een veilig, stabiel en betekenisvol behandelklimaat voor cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking, vaak met bijkomende psychische of gedragsmatige ondersteuningsvragen. Je werkt binnen een vakgroep van orthopedagogen en psychologen, waar samenwerking, kennisdeling en vernieuwing centraal staan. Als regiebehandelaar vorm je samen met het locatiehoofd de duale lijn op de locatie. Jullie zijn gezamenlijk integraal verantwoordelijk voor het functioneren van de locatie. Jij geeft richting aan de inhoud, behandeling en het methodisch werken, terwijl het locatiehoofd verantwoordelijk is voor de organisatorische en operationele aansturing. Met elkaar zorgen jullie voor een veilige, stabiele en ontwikkelingsgerichte omgeving voor cliënten en teams. We bespreken graag met jou hoe jouw rol het beste kan worden ingevuld, maar denk in ieder geval aan de volgende werkzaamheden: - Uitvoeren van diagnostiek en beeldvorming - Regie voeren over behandeltrajecten - Deelname aan team- en multidisciplinaire overleggen - Scholing en coaching van collega's en teams - Werkbegeleiding geven of ontvangen, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring - Inzet als Wzd-functionaris - Ontwikkeling en implementatie van beleid, mede ...
