Als regieverpleegkundige heb je een overstijgende rol binnen de locatie en werk je samen met het regieteam aan de zorg van morgen. Je adviseert, ondersteunt en coacht zorgteams bij complexe zorgvrage n. Daarbij staat de kwaliteit van leven van bewoners centraal, met oog voor eigen regie, zelfredzaamheid, het netwerk van de cliënt en de inzet van zorgtechnologie. Zorginnovatie en teamontwikkeling zijn belangrijke speerpunten binnen jouw functie, waarin je een adviserende rol hebt en actief bijdraagt aan de implementatie van verbeteringen en vernieuwingen. Dit doe je door: - indien nodig mee te werken in de zorg, zodat je een goed beeld krijgt van wat er speelt bij de teams en bewoners; - verbeterplannen op te stellen op basis van Evidence Based Practice; - projecten te begeleiden op het gebied van zorgtechnologie of kwaliteitsverbetering; - hbo-verpleegkundigen in opleiding te begeleiden tijdens hun leerproces. Je bent een belangrijke spil op de locatie waarbij je betrokken bent bij diverse overlegvormen en rondom onbegrepen gedrag breng jij de juiste disciplines samen. Binnen IJsselheem maken we gebruik van de STIP-methode, wat staat voor STapsgewijze Integrale Preventie en Behandeling van 'probleem'gedrag. Deze wetenschappelijk onderbouwde methode is speciaal ontwikkeld om de zorg voor kwetsbare ouderen met dementie en probleemgedrag te verbeteren. ...
