Voor onze locatie De Beekwal in Eerbeek zijn wij op zoek naar een betrokken en zelfstandige regieverpleegkundige. Iemand die verder kijkt dan alleen de zorgvraag, overzicht houdt en samen met collega's het verschil wil maken voor onze cliënten. Wat ga je doen? Als regieverpleegkundige bij Riwis ben jij de spil in de zorg rondom onze cliënten. Jij kijkt verder dan de dagelijkse zorgvraag en houdt overzicht over de ondersteuning die nodig is. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken, zorgplannen en de uitvoering van de zorg goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je stelt verpleegkundige diagnoses, maakt en evalueert zorgplannen, indicatiestelling kan onderdeel zijn van je werkzaamheden en je houdt de regie over het zorgproces. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en werkt regelmatig mee in de zorg. Hierdoor weet je wat er speelt bij cliënten en collega's en blijf je nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse praktijk. Je schakelt gemakkelijk met collega's en andere disciplines, werkt nauw samen met de teamleider en stemt regelmatig af over de ontwikkelingen binnen de teams, de kwaliteit van zorg en wat er nodig is om de teams goed te ondersteunen. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor je collega's. Je coacht, adviseert en helpt hen om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Met jouw kennis en betrokkenheid draag je bij aan goede zorg én aan een sterk en deskundig team. Locatie en team Jouw werkplek Je gaat aan de slag bij De Beekwal in Eerbeek, waar we zorg en ondersteuning bieden aan ouderen met een psychogeriatrische (PG) en somatische zorgvraag. Je komt te werken op twee afdelingen. Voor beide teams ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner.
