Zo werk jij Binnen FACT Oost werk je met volwassenen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen (EPA), vaak in combinatie met problemen op andere levensgebieden zoals wonen, financiën, werk of sociale contacten. Juist die combinatie maakt jouw werk afwisselend, dynamisch en betekenisvol. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig in het dagelijks leven van cliënten en helpt hen om stap voor stap meer grip en stabiliteit terug te krijgen. Als regieverpleegkundige binnen FACT bied je begeleiding, verpleegkundige zorg en ondersteuning bij herstel. Je signaleert veranderingen vroegtijdig, denkt mee over passende interventies en schakelt snel wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's vanuit verschillende disciplines, waardoor je er nooit alleen voor staat. Vanuit jouw expertise en persoonlijke talenten geef jij vorm aan de functie van regieverpleegkundige. Als regieverpleegkundige kun je de zorg nog beter afstemmen op de cliënten en de teamsamenwerking optimaliseren.
