Als regieverpleegkundige ben je sterk in het coördineren van zorg, klinisch redeneren, het coachen van verpleegkundigen en het sturen op continuïteit. Dit ga je doen Op Neurologie & Neurochirurgie verleen je verpleegkundige zorg aan patiënten met complexe neurologische en neurochirurgische aandoeningen. Denk aan patiënten met hersenletsel, neuromusculaire aandoeningen zoals ALS en CIDP en patiënten die een neurochirurgische ingreep ondergaan, bijvoorbeeld aan de wervelkolom. Ook is er veel aandacht voor de begeleiding en ondersteuning van naasten. Als regieverpleegkundige werk je mee in de directe patiëntenzorg, maar jouw functie gaat verder. Je houdt overzicht over het totale verpleegkundige zorgproces en draagt bij aan de coördinatie en continuïteit van zorg. Daarnaast coördineer je de dagelijkse operationele zaken op de afdeling, zoals beddencapaciteit, patiëntendoorstroom en personele inzet. Bij knelpunten zoek je samen met het team en andere betrokken disciplines naar passende oplossingen. Complexe zorgvragen dagen je uit om verder te kijken dan bestaande werkwijzen. Vanuit klinisch redeneren en Evidence Based Practice onderzoek je samen met collega's wat de beste verpleegkundige zorg is. Je signaleert verbeter- en onderzoeksvragen en helpt nieuwe inzichten naar de praktijk te vertalen. Als regieverpleegkundige: - voer je regie over het verpleegkundig zorgproces bij complexe zorgvragen; - coördineer je de dagelijkse operationele zaken en houd je overzicht over beddencapaciteit, patiëntendoorstr...
