ft 32875 Als regievoerder Inburgering en Participatie speel je een belangrijke rol in de uitvoering van de nieuwe inburgeringswet. Je begeleidt statushouders in hun traject richting participatie, werk en volwaardige deelname aan de samenleving. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s, ketenpartners en aanbieders in de stad. Je bewaakt voortgang en kwaliteit, en ondersteunt inwoners op een betrokken en professionele manier. In deze functie combineer je regie, contact en inhoudelijke expertise binnen een maatschappelijk relevant domein. Wat ga je doen - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenbestand/caseload. - Je voert regie op de inburgering- en participatietrajecten van de statushouder uit jouw caseload. - Je hebt een goede klantenbinding door de statushouder uit jouw caseload regelmatig te spreken. - Je stelt kaders en handhaaft deze, zo nodig door het opleggen van een maatregel of sanctie. - Je onderhoudt contacten met diverse ketenpartners en organisaties. - Je doet met de statushouder de brede intake, de leerbaarheidstoets en stelt het PIP (het Individuele Plan Inburgering Participatie) op. - Je gaat daarna aan de slag in samenwerking met aanbieders uit het veld en interne aanbieders. - Je bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van het traject. - Je ondersteunt statushouders waar nodig bij het volbrengen van het PIP. - Je draagt eraan bij dat inwoners stappen maken richting participatie en werk. - Je werkt nauw samen met partners in de stad, waaronder het werkbedrijf Tiem en de sociaal wijkteams. Eisen - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in de afgelopen 6 jaar in de functie van regievoerder, consulent Inburgering of participatieconsulent Inburgering bij een gemeente. - Je hebt een aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minimaal HBO bachelor niveau. Wensen - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met Suite en Suwinet, dit is expliciet toegelicht in de werkervaring. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met NWI2021 en Participatiewet, dit is expliciet toegelicht in d.
