De afdeling Inkomensondersteuning bevordert dat de financiële situatie van de inwoner geen belemmering vormt voor werk, re-integratie en participatie. De regie op (arbeids)participatie is belegd binnen het team en je draagt dat inwoners uit jouw caseload de juiste stappen maken richting participatie en werk. Hierin werk je nauw samen met partners in de stad waaronder het werkbedrijf Tiem en de sociaal wijkteams. Wat neem jij mee? Je hebt affiniteit met de specifieke doelgroep en je (h)erkent de cultuurverschillen en hebt werkervaring ten aanzien van reintegratie van deze doelgroep. Je denkt en handelt vanuit mogelijkheden en kansen. Voor de opdracht is het belangrijk dat je goed kan luisteren en vragen kan stellen en weet hoe je contact maakt als je gesprekspartner de taal niet goed beheerst. Daarbij is van het van belang een goede diagnose te kunnen maken ten aanzien van het arbeidspotentieel van de inwoner. Je beschikt over werkervaring in de functie van regievoerder, consulent Inburgering of participatieconsulent Inburgering en heb je kennis van de Wet Inburgering (NWI2021) en de Participatiewet. Tot slot beheers je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, acteer je op HBO niveau en heb je ervaring met het computersysteem Suite.
