Regievoerder Inburgering en Participatie € Geen max uurtarief Vakgebied Zorg en Welzijn Regievoerder Inburgering en Participatie Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klantenbestand / caseload. - Voeren van regie op inburgerings- en participatietrajecten van statushouders uit jouw caseload. - Regelmatig contact onderhouden met statushouders om goede klantenbinding te realiseren. - Kaders stellen en handhaven, indien nodig door het opleggen van een maatregel of sanctie. - Onderhouden van contacten met diverse ketenpartners en organisaties. Wat neem jij mee? - Affiniteit met de specifieke doelgroep en herkenning van cultuurverschillen. - Werkervaring met re-integratie van deze doelgroep. - Een oplossingsgerichte houding (denken en handelen vanuit mogelijkheden en kansen). - Goede luistervaardigheden en het vermogen vragen te stellen; weet hoe contact te maken wanneer de gesprekspartner de taal niet goed beheerst. - Vermogen een goede diagnose te stellen ten aanzien van het arbeidspotentieel van de inwoner. - Ervaring in de functie van regievoerder, consulent Inburgering of participatieconsulent Inburgering. - Kennis van de Wet Inburgering (NWI2021) en de Participatiewet. - Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Handelen op HBO-niveau. - Ervaring met het computersysteem Suite. - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in de afgelopen 6 jaar in de functie van regievoerder, consulent Inburgering of participatieconsulent Inburgering bij een gemeente - Aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minimaal HBO bachelor niveau - Aantoonbare werkervaring met Suite en Suwinet - Aantoonbare werkervaring met NWI2021 en de Participatiewet - Aantoonbare werkervaring met de sociale kaart van de Provincie Overijssel - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als regievoerder, consulent Inburgering of participatieconsulent Inburgering - Aantoonbare beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal Vul je gegevens hieronder in, dan...
