Over BabyBallers

BabyBallers is een uniek sportconcept voor jonge kinderen, waarbij bewegen, plezier en quality time met mama, papa of grootouder centraal staan.

Tijdens een wekelijks funmoment ontdekken kinderen samen met hun ouder op een speelse manier de wereld van sport, beweging en voetbal. Want jong geleerd is oud gedaan: bewegen van jongsaf aan draagt bij aan de motorische, sociale en persoonlijke ontwikkeling van kinderen.

Wie zoeken we?

We zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste Nederlandstalige coaches die:

  • graag met peuters en kleuters werken;
  • niet bang zijn om zich volledig te smijten en kinderen te entertainen;
  • energie krijgen van bewegen en sport;
  • enthousiast, verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar zijn;
  • graag deel uitmaken van een tof en gemotiveerd team;
  • zich kunnen engageren voor een volledige lessenreeks.

Een opleiding of ervaring in kleuteronderwijs, pedagogie, sport of een gelijkaardige richting is mooi meegenomen, maar absoluut geen must.

Voor ons zijn vooral jouw enthousiasme, verantwoordelijkheidszin en liefde voor het werken met kinderen belangrijk!

Praktisch

  • Doelgroep kinderen: peuters en kleuters
  • Wanneer: zaterdagvoormiddag
  • Lessenreeks: 30 lessen 2026-2027
  • Periode: september – midden december & januari – juni
  • Geen lessen tijdens schoolvakanties
  • Locaties: Gistel
  • Vergoeding: €14/uur + kilometervergoeding

Je staat er niet alleen voor!

Je hoeft geen volledige lesvoorbereidingen te maken of zelf materiaal aan te slepen.

Lessen zijn uitgeschreven en het nodige lesmateriaal is aanwezig in de sporthal. Bovendien krijg je een online opleiding van onze regiomanager, zodat je helemaal vertrouwd raakt met de BabyBallers-methode en onze manier van werken.

Daarnaast word je praktisch begeleid door de hoofdcoach van jouw locatie. Je leert dus niet alleen de theorie, maar krijgt ook ondersteuning op het terrein tijdens de lessen.

Geen ervaring met BabyBallers? Geen probleem! Wij zorgen ervoor dat je met de juiste kennis, tools én vertrouwen aan je eerste lessen begint.

Jouw belangrijkste taak?

Kinderen laten bewegen, lachen, ontdekken en vooral heel veel plezier laten beleven!
