Als regio manager combineer je commerciële slagkracht, leiderschap en technische kennis. Zo sta je in voor het verder uitbouwen van je regio en onderhoud je goede contacten met eindklanten en partners. Je waakt over planning, kwaliteit en rendement. Je motiveert en begeleidt jouw team en creëert een open en transparante werkomgeving waarin samenwerking centraal staat.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • je bouwt de regio verder uit via cross-selling, up-selling en actieve business development
  • je onderhoudt goede contacten met eindklanten en strategische partners zoals elektriciteitsaannemers
  • je begeleidt Project Managers in het ontwikkelen van salesvaardigheden en klantgerichtheid
  • je prospecteert actief in Oost-Vlaanderen en Limburg inclusief publieke tenders en grote projecten, zoals bv. ziekenhuizen, overheid, ...
  • je staat in voor het opzetten van een klant-gedreven en KPI-gestuurde commerciële structuur.
  • je zorgt voor het implementeren van het operationeel beleid en bewaakt de planning en bezetting
  • je behoudt het overzicht over projectplanning, -beheer en -uitvoering, inclusief kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • je coördineert onderhoud, helpdesk en projecten met multi-inzetbare techniekers
  • je staat in voor financieel beheer, risicomanagement en compliance
  • je leidt een team van een ±25 techniekers, 5 projectmanagers, 2 planners en 2 customer servicemedewerkers
  • je zorgt voor een open en transparante communicatiestructuur en teamgevoel.
  • je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van teammeetings en volgt leertrajecten en jobcoaching op
  • je begeleidt jonge projectleiders in hun doorgroeipad
  • je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma in een technische richting (Elektromechanica, Elektronica-ICT, Industriële Wetenschappen, ...)
  • je bent een enthousiast en gedreven persoon met een passie voor techniek
  • een bijkomende managementopleiding is een sterke troef
  • je hebt een grondige kennis van bouw - en/of installatiesector (elektrotechniek, detectiesystemen)
  • je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van teams
  • je hebt commerciële ervaring: cross - en up-selling, farming en business development
  • je hebt ervaring in het parallel managen van meerdere projecten
  • je hebt ervaring met P&L-verantwoordelijkheid op regiovlak en forecasting
  • ervaring met public tenders of grote key-accounts is een plus
  • je bent digitaal vaardig (ERP/CRM, planningssoftware, rapporteringtools)
  • je bent woonachtig in West-Vlaanderen en vertrouwd met de regionale markt
